Tyler began practicing estate and business law in 2006 after studying at The University of Alabama and Mississippi College School of Law. As Director of Research & Strategy for Veritas, he uses his critical and analytical thinking skills to objectively assess clients’ financial situations and then collaborates with other financial professionals to construct clear, customized, dynamic financial strategies.
“I’ve always enjoyed solving problems. The greatest satisfaction that I think we get from our work is when the client sees the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’ and they no longer have to worry about whether or not they have a strategy for what could happen.”
A past officer for the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association and a member of the Advisory Board at a previous employer, Tyler is well-known for being detailed, precise and thorough. “I like to get my wheels turning and look at matters from all angles. I also understand that communication is key to helping people – you not only need powerful ideas, but you also need to articulate them clearly.”
Tyler is married with two children and has a variety of interests and pursuits: vacationing at the beach, enjoying outdoor activities, coaching his children’s little league teams, drawing, and cooking barbeque. “Anything that makes my family smile is what I like to do.”
